Skelton will descend on Sutton Walk on the Southbank to create what has been described as an ‘urban jungle’ complete with interactive images, shapes and colours.
The event will run from 6am through to 10pm, and Skelton will be on hand to interact with passers-by throughout the day.
Additional Spark Your City events are set to place in London over the coming weeks, where Kipling will partner with women who it considers to be pioneers in their field.
The brand launched the campaign by transforming London Bridge into a colourful walkway with Radio 1 DJ Gemma Cairney in June.
Gwenda van Vliet, global marketing director at Kipling, said: "I am very proud that we have launched a global movement called Spark Your City in London. Spark Your City is a chain of projects where creative women will transform the city into a brighter place."
Skelton added: "We live in a massive playground. It’s so easy to run around town looking at our phones or our feet, but if we look up and around there is so much that can excite and inspire us.
"A lot of energy and enthusiasm is put into encouraging us to explore the "great outdoors", but that doesn’t just mean green spaces. There is plenty for adults and kids to explore in London. It’s constantly changing and evolving. I never feel like I "know" London. Around every corner is something new to explore."
Propercorn has similarly created a series of interactive and colourful installations around London with art director Rachel Thomas in recent months.
