The new set-up, which officially launches today (2 November), aims to provide marketing and business support to clients looking to grow their businesses.
Jackson will work with a series of delivery partners to create complete business experiences covering external and internal communications, as well as sales delivery. He believes his model will ‘change the way events are sold’ to businesses and brands.
The agency’s name has been taken from a business mantra devised by its founder 11 years ago. Jackson, who announced his resignation from GPJ back in May, will be known as director of ideas and innovation.
He said: "Every conversation I’ve had with our clients has been about how to achieve growth, be it new business expansion, delivering shareholder value, launching new products, or implementing brand strategies.
"In every case it boils down to creating an experience - internally, externally, through sales, and through culture. This is what The Experience is the Marketing will do, it will be a true business driver."
Jackson added: "Now’s the time to prove the point, and change the way brands and businesses look at our industry."
