The duo have worked for Keith Prowse for more than 20 years.
"We have a lot of hard work ahead and some very exciting opportunities that we are looking forward to bringing to fruition," said Hodgkins.
"Corporate hospitality is now firmly ingrained as part of the marketing mix and it is our responsibility to help demonstrate a return on investment to clients who invest in this type of marketing."
The new leadership team is predicting changes at the firm, and has already created a commercial team combining the trade sales and brokerage functions, intended to allow Keith Prowse to foster closer relationships with event organisers and agents.
