Sponsored by Tourism Ireland, the event will be held at One Marylebone on Tuesday 18 June, which launched its in-house catering division, One Dining, last Friday (7 June).
Gin and whisky tasting will also be offered courtesy of Drinking Classes, and Xcel Events will be installing its virtual golf based on Irish courses.
Creative technology companies Luma and Guest Stars will also be showcasing their work, while duelling pianists Party Pianos, and Irish band Celtic Crunch, will be providing the entertainment.
Philip Atkins, ISES UK president, said: "Being creative is a key part to a successful and memorable event, however, there is not one clear definition on what creativity is.
"Having someone like Kevin Jackson share his creative insights we hope will inspire others to think outside the box and take their next event, meeting or conference that step further."
