Italian coffee specialist Lavazza has employed experiential agency Iris Experience as part of its new marketing campaigns.

Italian coffee specialist Lavazza has employed experiential agency Iris Experience as part of its new marketing campaigns. The win will see the agency undertake a number of event activations to support a product launch for Lavazza in the coming months. Iris Experience group account director Sarah Abra said: “The coffee market is highly competitive, with Lavazza setting the standard among the premium brands. Finding new ways of attracting customers and educating them on the quality of Italian coffee is a challenge that we relish.” Lavazza marketing manager Claire Rushworth added: “We selected Iris Experience because of its understanding of the brand, commitment to delivering against the business objectives, and its creative expertise. We are looking forward to working with the agency.”
