IPC goes on offensive with raft of launches

IPC Live, the events and exhibitions division of IPC Media has announced its first wave of launches.

IPC Live, the events and exhibitions division of IPC Media has announced its first wave of launches. The Inspired Roadshow by Essentials and Family Circle, The Woman and Home Experience, The Gorgeous Roadshow presented by Now, 19 and Hair and The Woman & Evans Feel Good Roadshow will make up 180 shows across the country. “These four events are uniquely different and will bring the titles to life for the first time, allowing readers to experience brand values face-to-face,” IPC director of events and exhibitions Stephanie Grice said. The Inspired Roadshow by Essentials and Family Circle will tour five cities in September and focus on fashion, beauty, home and food. The Woman & Home Experience is a planned three-day event at Battersea Park, London in October and will comprise an exhibition, catwalk show and shopping pavilion. The Gorgeous Roadshow will tour in August and September and deliver 56 shows while The Woman & Evans Feel Good Roadshow is a planned fashion and beauty catwalk production tour. “We are planning double-digit launch activity over the coming years, through a wide range of opportunities, including roadshows, events, exhibitions and symposiums,” Grice added. The news comes as IPC Live takes on former Gruner & Jahr show director Neil Levene. He joins as show director across all IPC Live events.
