Inspiration: What's Hot - Table topper

An exciting alternative to floral centrepieces on tables has arrived in the UK courtesy of Australian decorative preserve firm Cucina Latella. Italian jars in a variety of shapes are filled with colourful artificial fruit and vegetables mixed with other materials such as woods, resin and silks. Hotel & Restaurant Magazine opted to use the jars as centrepieces at its sixth annual Restaurateurs' Restaurant of the Year Awards in September at London's Royal College of Art.
