Satellite offices located in Europe, North America and Asia have been brought together to form international hubs, capable of offering a high-quality service in each region. Heavy emphasis will be placed upon creativity, co-ordination and strategic planning, and the structure of the global network will also allow projects to be developed using worldwide resources.
"Our ability to deliver locally, anywhere in the world, is a tremendous asset in a marketplace that is characterised by intense competition. We are now utilising that asset to the full, with a view to realising the true potential of our global offer," commented The Imagination Group managing director Paul MacKay.
"The fact that we think, create and deliver as one, wherever necessary, is valued increasingly by clients with whom we have worked for many years.
At the same time, it is one of the factors helping us forge rewarding alliances with new clients. This is a time of expansion for The Imagination Group," he added.
The agency piloted the repositioning concept at the Shanghai Autoshow in April. Creative, strategic and production staff from the agency's London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Detroit offices worked together to produce an exhibition environment on behalf of The Ford Motor Company.
