ID lands perfume campaign

Cosmetics firm Cacharel has appointed ID to build awareness of its Amor Amor fragrance in the run-up to Valentine's Day.

ID will organise a romantic-themed campaign targeting 16-to-24 year-old women and their partners.

Agency staff will give people the chance to try the perfume by handing out Valentine's Day postcards at UK shopping centres including Bluewater in Kent and Manchester's Trafford Centre. Hit squads will target shoppers on London's Oxford Street.

Cacharel senior product manager Zayd Abrahams said: "Amor Amor is a fun, sexy and romantic brand. ID's team will engage consumers, drive trial and communicate our special Valentine's Day in-store offers at key retail locations."
