The month-long activation is taking place at 152 Brick Lane in London. Organised in collaboration with M&C Saatchi, the event design has been inspired by an Italian piazza.
Foodie highlights of the experiential project include a multi-sensory private dining experience hosted by Michelin-starred chef Accursio Craparo, featuring sounds and aromas taken from his home town of Sicily.
Cocktail extraordinaire Simone Caporale will be showing guests how to change liquids into solids, foams and jellies in a Science of Mixology masterclass. Open-house events include seminars on the culture of coffee with event partner Caffè Molinari, in association with Stella Coffee & Tea, and a street food market every Friday night.
The House of Peroni will also host a curated film series thanks to a joint venture with Rooftop Film Club. Ticket-holders will be offered a dish from the aperitivo menu and a complimentary Peroni Nastro Azzuro, while films on show include Io Sono L'amore and Woody Allen’s To Rome With Love.
Last year’s House of Peroni took place at Lincoln’s Inn Fields and featured an optical illusion wallpaper room, 3D-printed bottles and three themed bar areas.
