The iconic British toy brand is producing an extensive range of official London 2012 merchandise across its Corgi, Hornby, Scalextric and Airfix products.
Balzaretti will talk delegates through the brand’s 2012 events strategy, using examples of past events.
The speech will form part of the content planned for the next instalment of the industry-leading forum, being held at new venue Etc Venues St Paul’s on Friday 20 April.
Other topics on the agenda include a plenary session on how to survive London's traffic hotspots during this summer's Games, and activating brand sponsorship through the power of events.
The Guide Live offers event venues and suppliers the opportunity to hold one-to-one meetings with buyers from event agencies and corporate brands.
Delegates and suppliers will also get the opportunity to enjoy hospitality from the new venue and explore its facilities.
Anyone wishing to be a delegate must be an event planner or buyer for either an agency or brand, and can apply for a free place here.
Venues and suppliers wanting to meet up with delegates that have included the likes of Scottish Widows, British Airways, Santander, O2 and NFL need to speak to Melody David about available spaces on (020) 8267 4140.
