What is it? The historic buildings of Lincoln's Inn are set in spacious, beautifully maintained private gardens in the heart of Central London.

Lincoln's Inn is the oldest of the four Inns of Court in London dating back to the 14th Century. Originally established as a hostel for those studying law, Lincoln's Inn provided all that was needed for the new race of professional lawyers: chambers in which to live and work, a hall for eating and drinking, a chapel in which to worship and a library in which to research and consult legal texts.

What has it got? The halls and public rooms of Lincoln's Inn are steeped in tradition providing a sumptuous backdrop for all kinds or size of banquets, celebrations, corporate receptions, concerts or meetings. Lincoln's Inn has three venues available for private hire: Great Hall, Old Hall, and Old Court Room.

Preferred suppliers: Lincoln's Inn offers a very high standard of cuisine (in house), but outside caterers are also permitted.
