From 1 June till 31 August, the Hello Kitty Secret Garden will serve guests a special afternoon tea and a range of branded snacks.
All treats at Cutter & Squidge, known for its 'biskie' sandwiched dessert, will be made using only natural ingredients.
So far, the menu includes Mama’s Homemade Apple Pie Biskie – the character’s favourite – and a Mud Pie Chocolate Dream Cake.
There will also be a range of limited edition Hello Kitty merchandise on sale, including recipe books and bags.
Running from 11am till 5pm, the experience is priced at £40 per person, or £20 for children.
The first of its kind in Europe, the pop-up follows the tour of Sanrio's Hello Kitty Cafe Truck through the US this month.
Annabel Lui, co-owner of Cutter & Squidge, said: "We are beyond excited to be the first European Café to host this beloved character.
"The US venues have seen up to 2,000 people waiting in line for five hours to experience her world and we are looking forward to witnessing similar scenes here in our Secret Garden."
Last May saw the opening of the first Hello Kitty restaurant in Hong Kong. Half of its 37 dishes were shaped like the cat character's face.
