ACC Liverpool chief executive Bob Prattey said: "No matter how good the experience, we always remember the food. It is essential we get our offering right and that it sets us apart in an ever more competitive market. Paul Heathcote's refreshing commitment to the quality of food, approach to service and a determination to source locally gave us an opportunity to offer clients something new and different."
The venue, part of a regeneration project on the Mersey River Waterfront, is due to open in January 2008. Facilities will include a 1,350 seat auditorium, 18 breakout rooms, up to 7,000 sqm of exhibition space and an entertainment arena capable of seating 1,000 concertgoers.
