Dressed in pale blue blazers and yellow waistcoats and bow ties, the group of 11 furry, human-sized creatures could be spotted from a distance.
The bunnies hopped into taxis and passed iconic London locations such as Tower Bridge, The Shard and the Gherkin throughout the day.
Upon completion of their sightseeing journey, the animals visited Kings Cross Station and London Victoria Station between 5-7pm, to hand our Haribo treats to passers-by.
Lindsey Bevan, seasonal brand manager at Haribo said: "We know that a lot of people will be counting down to Easter, so we wanted to add some ‘eggcitement’ to the capital’s daily commute and get them in the mood for the occasion.
"The unexpected appearance of a team of bunnies certainly caused a stir and raised a smile amongst people."
Haribo installed a 'trick or treat door' within London's Victoria Station for Halloween last year, which saw those who knocked on the oversized structure receive sweets from the brand's Halloween range.
