Those who attend the event, which is to be held on 11 April, will be among the first to experience the ice cream brand's new Lychee Raspberry Rose and Apricot Lavender varieties.
Guests will also have the chance to view a floral installation by Rebecca Louise Law, who is also behind the recent 1,200 flower creation at St Christopher’s. Law's work is set to span two of Liberty’s windows.
Both spring-inspired creations have been made in accordance with Häagen-Dazs base recipe of cream, milk, sugar and free-range eggs, and will be available to purchase from the London store only, while stocks last.
To be in with a chance to attend the event, individuals are required to post an image of their 'first sign of spring' in the comments section of a dedicated promotional post on the Häagen-Dazs Facebook page. A winner is to be drawn today (29 March).
Häagen-Dazs teamed up with Tesco Ireland to offer a personalised printing service for Valentine's Day.
