The 45-minute #smartrebel workout has been specially designed to slot into busy lifestyles. It includes a 20-minute reshape class, designed to condition and sculpt muscle groups, followed by an intensive 20-minute ride class that incorporates hand weights.
The ride class also promises ‘immersive pyrotechnics’, which Smartwater claims to be a fitness studio first. Complimentary bottles of the water brand will be available throughout the sessions.
Glynne worked with Smartwater and 1Rebel to curate the fitness experience and its playlist.
Shara Tochia, trainer at 1Rebel, said: "Together with Glacéau Smartwater, we have designed the ultimate workout for time-poor Londoners. At 1Rebel, we aim to revolutionise how the capital approaches fitness and, with the #smartrebel workout, we believe we’ve created the ultimate cycling, treadmill and weights fitness experience."
The campaign was launched at the gym in St Mary Axe yesterday (13 August). 1Rebel will host two classes a week for one month only, beginning on 25 August.
The #smartrebel workout forms part of Glacéau Smartwater’s #smartmovement campaign for 2015, which aims to inspire a 'log off and switch on' mentality in Londoners with regards to fitness, wellness and hydration.
Back in January, the brand opened a solo dining pop-up eatery to encourage Londoners to enjoy their lunchbreaks.
