She will join the EMEA Marketing team and will be leading the implementation of the company's new marketing automation platform. She will also drive the communication of core services to exhibitors as part of her role.
Kaur joins from Avid Technology, the provider of AV solutions for broadcast media, where she worked as a marketing automation specialist.
Christine Martin, marketing director for EMEA, said: "Jas has over five years’ experience of working with cutting edge digital marketing platforms and her skills will be invaluable as we move to our own automation model. It's all about improving the customer experience and using technology to help drive engagement by creating increasingly personalised, targeted, relevant content."
