Clarion Events has enlisted the help of designer Gordon Lindsay to turn Olympia’s Grand and National halls into a tropical garden for the seventh Daily Telegraph House & Garden Fair. The new-look exhibition, which Clarion is organising, will incorporate a series of arch-lifted sculptures. A 9ft-high pineapple will form the show’s centrepiece. New features for the exhibition include a new trends area in the upper gallery, such as the Fabric Trends Area, which will showcase fabric collections. A Sony Chillout Room will broadcast the World Cup final. The fair takes place from 27-30 June. Last year’s event attracted 40,000 visitors and more than 400 exhibitors.
