From 1 April Fuse, part of media agency OMD, has taken responsibility for the planning, activation and evaluation of all group event and hospitality logistics for the mobile phone giant's F1 events programme.
The agency, which is a relatively new division of OMD, will be working alongside experiential specialist Ignite on these plans.
Fuse Sport & Entertainment EMEA managing director David Pinnington said: "We are extremely honoured to have been chosen to work alongside the Vodafone in-house events and hospitality team on such an exciting and prestigious account."
Vodafone group events manager Louise McEwen said: "The OMD Fuse team impressed us with their creative approach and their proven track record of delivering large scale, multi-faceted events."
