Somerset House

Somerset House is home to the British Fashion Council (BFC) offices, and its outdoor area - the Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court - hosted London Fashion Week events between 2009 and February 2015. sheLondon Fashion Weekend events were also held at the venue.

The space is available to hire for bespoke events on specific dates throughout the year, and it can accommodate up to 1,500 guests for a reception, and between 450 and 550 people for one of three different reception and dinner/dinner dance options.

Fashion and Textile Museum

With the Liberty in Fashion exhibition currently on show and a Missoni showcase set for May, it’s safe to say the Fashion and Textile Museum is a fitting venue for a fashion event - particularly as its focus is contemporary fashion, textiles and jewellery.

The building’s Fashion Studio space is able to accommodate catwalk shows, as well as boardroom and lecture style events. The venue can host 100 standing guests or 80 people for seated affairs, and it comes complete with a projector and internet.

One Great George Street

The Great Hall within this Grade II listed Edwardian building has hosted catwalk shows during London Fashion Week and London Collections Men for designers such as Antonio Berardi, Alice Temperley, L’Wren Scott and ISSA.

The space can host up to 400 people for a reception or 260 seated guests, and is said to be able to accomodate for attendees, buyers and designers as well as fashion show staff. It is equipped with fashion show essentials such as lighting design and equipment, a built in PA system and high-speed wi-fi, to ensure those Instagram-worthy shots are uploaded and shared immediately.

Saatchi Gallery

The Saatchi Gallery has housed many a fashion exhibition, such as Chanel’s Mademoiselle Privé last October, and it hosted London Fashion Weekend in September, where designers such as Anya Hindmarch, Amanda Wakeley and Mary Katrantzou were in attendance.

All five of the building’s galleries are available to hire, enabling attendees to experience the exhibitions on show at any given time. They rooms can host host between 250 and 280 guests for a reception, and the entire gallery can host up to 1,500 people.
