Thomas’s recently renovated Bridgend home features three double bedrooms, dining facilities and an outdoor garden area that offers views of the Welsh countryside.
The home promises to offer hospitality that rivals that of Moody’s home in Wiltshire - Thomas has even recruited his mum to help out. She will take guests on a tour of Thomas' childhood home, complete with rugby medals and memorabilia.
Both players will donate the money raised through the listings to their chosen charities. Moody has selected The Lewis Moody Foundation; meanwhile Thomas will be donating to Childline. Airbnb has vowed to match each donation.
Both players homes will be available to rent on Airbnb for one week in September, including the England versus Wales game on 26 September.
James McClure, general manager UK & Ireland at Airbnb said: "By choosing to book through Airbnb all our guests get to live like locals encountering new and exciting people that they would not usually get to meet. With Wales and England welcoming fans from around the world it’s great that hosts including one of Wales’s sporting superstars is giving a true and immersive experience of the community."
"We hope that Gareth and Lewis inspire the nation to put their great British hospitality skills to the test."
Moody announced he would open his home with Airbnb for the Rugby World Cup last Wednesday (2 September).
