The Red Peak Group has offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and London and will focus on two areas. RPMC will work on experiential and sponsorship marketing, and Red Peak Branding will advise on branding and boasts Intel as its first client.
RPMC, which has existed for 20 years, will sit inside the group, and is targeted to "leverage strong associations with the world's largest sports and entertainment events including The Olympic Games, The Fifa World Cup and The Grammy Awards".
Radiate Group CEO Jay Lenstrom moves to a role as CEO of The Red Peak Group and RPMC.
The Group said it will broaden its services to other customer relationship management activities throughout 2010.
