Cadbury’s advent calendar tour

Cadbury’s truck tour has been one of the biggest hitters this Christmas. Announced in November, the tour has seen 24 branded trucks open their doors across the UK, with the final stop to be revealed today, Christmas Eve.

The first door was opened in Liverpool to reveal a chocolatey Christmas grotto, complete with a chocolate fireplace and rug. View our week one unveilings via a gallery here, as well as the brand's faux snow flurry as part of the campaign.

Coca-Cola Christmas truck

This year Coca-Cola's Christmas truck will visit 46 locations

Another truck-related activation, Coca-Cola brought back its nationwide festive tour again this year, taking in 46 locations across the UK. Members of the public have been treated to complimentary beverages and had the chance to have their photo taken in front of the truck. Festive musical entertainment has also featured at each stop. The final stop on the tour was at London’s Leicester Square yesterday (23 November).

Lego’s Christmas train

The train could both light up and emit smoke

From trucks to trains, Lego’s festive locomotive, coined The Lego Santa Express, recently landed in London’s Covent Garden. Made from 500,000 lego pieces, the train and its three carriages were capable of lighting up and emitting smoke from a red runnel. Children were allowed to hop on the train for a festive photo with the driver - a Christmas elf.

Carlsberg’s beer Christmas tree

Continuing its tradition of offering free beer in an imaginative way, Carlsberg installed a giant 27-ft tall beer dispensing Christmas tree on the South Bank earlier this month. Passers-by could pour themselves a complimentary beverage, while the first 100 could pick a glass beerble from the tree to pour their beer into.

Molton Brown’s scented taxis

The 'Christmas Carriages' will mirror the scent of Molton Brown's festive collection

Toiletries brand Molton Brown launched a fleet of five Christmas taxis onto the streets of London, to deliver sensory experiences throughout the festive period. Both the taxis and even receipts were scented to reflect Molton Brown’s new festive collection - Vintage 2015 with Elderflower.

Passengers also received a sample of the bath and shower gel product in the range, and the chance to win a personal shopping trip at the brand's flagship store.
