Woodward-Fisher will become a non-executive director at the Wandsworth-based company while all other directors will retain their existing roles.
Clare Macwatt, who joined the company seven years ago from comedy club Jongleurs, remains managing director while Philippa Bowers and Richard Merritt will continue to direct the Production and Events Operations.
Neil Ogilvie manages the Scottish division, based in Edinburgh, while Deborah Hawkins and Dominic Watson will maintain responsibility for production management, venue liaison and equipment hire.
Woodward-Fisher founded the company in 1985 as a specialist lighting supplier, however the company has evolved to become a full service production agency.
Macwatt said: "As we take Fisher Productions into this new era, we would like to draw attention to the exceptional contribution made by our founder. It is his legacy, combined with the drive and determination of the management team, which will ensure that we continue to deliver outstanding results."
Recent clients include Universal, Christian Dior, TAG Heuer, The Guardian, Standard Life and Four Seasons Hotels. Fisher is continuing to expand its international presence having previously staged events in Paris, Bahrain, Geneva and Milan.
