Firefly launches personalised bottle campaign

Soft drink brand Firefly will be printing pics of festival-goers on its bottles this summer as part of its latest consumer campaign.

Those attending Festival No.6 in Portmeirion, Wales, from 1 – 4 September, will be offered the chance to create their own personalised bottles on the spot at a Firefly bottle-shaped photo booth.

Inside the booth will be an array of props and costumes to enhance their pose. Once printed, pictures will be stuck onto their very-own personalised bottles.

The activation feeds into the brand's wider 'My Firefly' campaign, which is encouraging consumers to upload pictures of themselves via the brand's website and social media using the hashtag #feelingfly for a chance to have their photo featured on a Firefly bottle.

The winning photos will launch onto bottles in the autumn with a new set of Polaroids released each quarter. The bottles will be revealed in bars, restaurants and premium retailers around the world.

Other brands to create personalised campaigns this year include Molton Brown and Häagen Dazs.
