What are your ambitions/goals for the business?
Our goals for the business is to continuously provide a creative and high-quality catering product and event service for all our guests that will exceed expectations, whilst working towards the best sustainable practices.
We are passionate about working together with industry peers to jointly promote the high standard of UK event suppliers and enhancing the growth of UK events on the international market.
From an internal business perspective, our goals continue to be to develop our services and train our team members to be experts in the field. Our sights are set on increasing sales again by 30% for year ending 2014.
What is your best piece of work or stand-out moment?
Although not the biggest event we have done – our stand-out event has got to be taking the entire team including waiting staff to Switzerland where we created and delivered a British-inspired menu at our clients home overlooking Geneva lake whilst the sun shone and the Gipsy Kings played live.
As a new caterer we certainly didn't expect to be doing an international event when we were still only in our second year of trading, but our quality and high-quality service shone through.
What makes you a Fab 50 Newcomer?
As a new caterer on the market we have created a well-recognised name in the industry already, with people being shocked to hear that the company is only four-years-old. We have constantly strived to deliver exceptional and creative catering and event solutions whatever the brief.
Our can-do and flexible philosophy means we deliver our clients events to brief, on budget and exceeded expectations. We are also actively involved within the industry to provide and share knowledge, help and facilitate introductions between companies and people that can help each other. We do feel this is an important part to help the industry grow as a whole.
We have since day one been continuously developing our business and have remained in profit from launch whilst managing to grow year-on-year – our aim is to increase our turnover again this financial year by 30%.
