What are your ambitions/goals for the business?
Our aim is to demonstrably improve the performance of exhibitions as a whole for the visitor and exhibitor. The result of this will be to increase the size of the industry.
We passionately believe in the importance of face-to-face communication and live experiences, and therefore our approach to achieving our goals is to give the organiser the gift of true performance transparency and a powerful listening tool that truly brings the customer to the heart of the organiser's business.
Already 144 shows use of our software but by this time next year we aim to have over 500 shows on board.
What is your best piece of work or stand-out moment
We especially enjoyed delivering a customer research presentation for CloserStill Media on its Dentistry Show, for which we received truly heart-warming praise from the top of the business. This isn't our biggest client but it felt really good and seeing what a difference our product and service makes only serves to further increase our hunger to deliver and grow as a business.
What makes you a Fab 50 Newcomer?
We believe we are the fastest growing supplier in the market - zero to 144 shows in 15 months from a standing start. This means we already deliver the world's most robust industry performance benchmarks which includes events in the UK, Eire, Holland, Germany, The Middle East, South Africa and India.
Explori is highly disruptive and turns the traditional model on its head by giving organisers to access to real-time industry benchmarking within our software at a price point that is inclusive and affordable. The result is that significantly more organisers are conducting better quality customer research and they all contribute to this collective industry intelligence.
As Explori grows, industry intelligence grows, and it is our prerogative to use this for the good of the industry. We have a 94% client retention rate from year one to year two, which is down to our excellent customer satisfaction levels.
We pride ourselves on exceeding expectations despite the fact that our product is inexpensive. We're in a unique position to really make an enormous difference to the market as a whole and we love it. We have a highly-skilled and passionate team, an excellent, innovative product and a unique vision.
