What are your ambitions/goals for the business?
We are currently in the throws of launching another business to deliver a wider range of photographic services to the experiential marketing world.
Purely focused on the corporate sector, this business will include photo and video booths, pop-up studios, custom builds, retail installations, bespoke social sharing via life-size touch screens, RFID, 3D modelling, interactive 'magic' mirrors, augmented reality and more.
Branding, web and app builds are currently in place and we will be launching around June/July this year. All will be produced and delivered in-house, and our business partner here is Tyson Benton of The Photo Emporium.
What is your best piece of work or stand-out moment?
For Blue Steel Booths, one of our most recent pieces of work includes the nationwide tour with Sainsbury's for Red Nose Day. It involved the likes of Christine Bleakley and Gary Lineker, and we toured six key UK Sainsbury's and encouraged guests to purchase their red nose then jump in the booth for a free photo.
Images were then emailed to the guests in real time via iPads outside the booth and guests were encouraged to enter their image into the hunt for the UK's funniest face competition, which ran in parallel with the campaign via Sainsbury's Facebook page.
What makes you a Fab 50 Newcomer?
Our business has grown rapidly and we are now positioned as a key player in the photographic marketing world. With the new business, Sharedit, soon to launch, we will have an incredibly powerful vehicle to showcase our products and skills through.
With major tenders already in place for huge international brands, we are positioned to make some serious impact in the world of live events.
