The Shrewsbury business, part of European concession operator Central Catering Services, said the joint venture, along with Phil Platt of AB Worldfoods, forms the launch of its first branded chicken and beef burger trailers.
The Jammin’ Jerk Burger trailers will be adorned with the Levi Roots brand colours – green, yellow and red – and will feature a menu that has the thumbs up from Peter Jones of BBC Two’s Dragons’ Den.
The menu includes a range of Caribbean-inspired beef and jerk chicken burgers, served with a choice of Levi Roots’ Reggae Reggae sauces, as well as a selection of Caribbean soft drinks.
Alan Wiggett, managing director of Express Cafés, said: "We were privileged to be able to show our new burgers off to Peter Jones' team, an investor in the Levi Roots brand since winning fame on Dragons’ Den in 2007.
"Our burger trailer is bright, fun and adds a new dimension to our existing selection of food and drink outlets, which already include partnerships with Pimms, Yorkshire Tea and West Cornish Pasty Co."
Express Cafés’ new Jammin’ Jerk Burger trailers will be visiting a number of events this summer including The Great Yorkshire Show, Reading Festival, V - Weston Park and Silverstone.
Phil Platt of AB Worldfoods, added: "Express Cafés has an excellent track record for managing outdoor food and drink outlets at busy sporting events and shows.
"We are confident that Alan and his team will promote our brand successfully this summer and ‘put the music’ back into burgers."
