The company will aim to contribute revenue to the EIA and follows mixed reactions to Foley's plan to create his own recruitment company (Event, March).
Foley said: "I have worked for ten years to develop and grow the three industry associations - the AEO, AEV and the Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) - and create and lead the EIA, which remains my priority. ESN is an outlet for my creative ideas."
