The conference, held in partnership with the Association of Exhibition Contractors (AEC), aims to offer service contractors and stand designers a platform to discuss industry issues, best practice and an opportunity to network.
"The AEC approached us about creating a conference and its thinking is similar to the Exhibiting Show," said show director Simon Burton. He added: "It takes place at a time of year when the industry can take time out to think and look closely at the business it will be doing toward the end of the summer. I am passionate about contractors' position in the market. We want to make it clear how they can help organisers to deliver exciting environments and interactivity."
Speakers at the event will include conference chairman Keith Greetham, director of research consultancy Farrugia Leo, Sarah Farrugia and TNT Showfreight managing director, Philip Powell.
This year will be the third outing of the Exhibiting Show, which will once again run alongside sister event, London Venue Expo.
Burton is confident about this year's show. "The market is recognising that the Exhibiting Show is a great place to launch products. For us it's about performance, measurement and inspiration," he added.
Among launches at this year's event will be PSCo's Fog Screen.
