The activity will see Russian driver of the FIA GT3 European Championship, Natalia Freidina, and British television presenter and motoring journalist Rebecca Jackson each drive a branded Denso car from Moscow to London.
The pair will depart from the Formula 1 designed Moscow Raceway, at which point they will visit a total of 10 locations across 10 days, covering approximately 3,000km.
There will be pit-stops at Minsk in Belarus, Poznan, Poland, the Czech Republic, Vienna and Spielberg in Austria, Frankfurt in Germany, Spa in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and finally London, where they will arrive at the Brands Hatch event.
Freidina and Jackson will also be competing against each another at race tracks along the way, as they aim for the fastest lap times at designated press events.
The activity is designed to promote the launch of Denso’s new Iridium TT spark plug, and as such the cars will be rigged with cameras inside and out so as showcase the product's functionality. A roaming camera will be used to capture location shots.
Daily updates will be published on the brand's social media platforms, with the expeirence to be documented throughout the 10 days.
Performance Comms is handling the PR for the event.
