The Hollywood company enlisted a brass brand to stand at the bottom of the station’s stairs and play the iconic theme from Rocky whenever a traveller ascended on foot.
They were cheered on boxer-style as they made the journey upwards and were hi-fived by actors in tracksuits and headbands when they reached the top.
The stunt was designed to celebrate the new film Creed, which is released on Friday (15 January).
