Viral video agency Thinkmodo was brought on board to create the stunt. The agency used drone technology alongside pyrotechnics to make it appear as though a flaming human was flying through the sky.
The drone was launched from the Nassau County Fire Service Academy. AdWeek reported that 10 fire fighters and two chiefs were on hand with access to fire engines, water, CO2 and gas masks.
Footage of the stunt was released online on Monday (3 August), ahead of the film’s US release on Friday (7 August).
