Event Awards judging to take place this week

Event will bring together a host of experienced and knowledgeable industry professionals to judge the prestigious Event Awards shortlist this week.

More than 300 entries have already been whittled down to a shortlist for each of the 23 categories, with the lucky few revealed earlier in the summer.

Judges on the main panel include: Paul Saville, joint managing director at Wasserman Experience, Jamie Sterry, brand activation manager at Innocent Drinks and Alison Williams, divisional events manager at L’Oreal.

A separate panel will be tasked with judging the Caterer of the Year award, with shortlisted entrants required to take part in a live taste challenge at Borough Market. Judges for this award include Jules Heckman Hughes, creative director at Harbour & Jones - winner of last year's award - and Megan Collins, head of marketing at Paragon.

The winners of the Event Awards 2015 will be announced at a glamorous black tie event on 14 October at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith, London.
