Nicola Abad will join as event co-ordinator and Alex Webster will be sales co-ordinator.
"We are celebrating the BIC's 25th birthday in September, and despite the doom and gloom we have been winning a lot of business for the years ahead," said head of conferences, exhibitions and events Clive Tyers.
"Alex and Nicola are great additions to our growing team and their appointments are a good reflection of how well we are doing."
Webster has ten years' event industry experience, having worked in sales and event management at premier hotel brands such as Marriott and Von Essen Hotels.
Most recently she worked in events for Dorset Police, notably co-managing the Force Open Day.
Abad also has experience in event management, working with luxury hotel chains including FJB Group and Q Hotels.
Before joining the BIC she worked for an agency as an events project manager.
