Dragons’ Den stars Deborah Meaden, Theo Paphitis and Duncan Bannatyne joined 20 guests for a lavish five-course meal.

The menu developed by Seasoned Events executive chef Sam Walker included ash-coated Welsh goat’s cheese, crab apple jelly, pear wafers, bronze fennel salad and pomegranate dressing; Scottish venison and celeriac cutlet with bitter chocolate sauce, confit of Welsh lamb shoulder with curly kale, and croquette of woodland pigeon with preserved winter cherries, as the main; and raspberry and nougatine parfait rolled with macadamia nut and served with warm orange caramel.

Seasoned Events, which is part of the Crown group, donated the dinner via the Crown Foundation. The guests secured their places via a charity auction in 2010.
