Champagne house Dom Pérignon has teamed up with Michelin-starred Australian chef Skye Gyngell to deliver a series of parties and intimate dinners over 10 days. The pop-up spans three floors of a Georgian townhouse near Holborn, and each floor features a different vintage of champagne.
Gyngell has been recruited to prepare dishes that match the different champagne varieties.
When: 5-14 May

Corona has teamed up with Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen to launch its first branded bar at the end of April. The venue serves up Corona-based cocktails as well as the brand's famous Mexican beer, and it is complete with beach-inspired elements including colourful murals, which are designed to transport people to the warmer climates.
The Sunset Sessions concept forms part of the brand’s Spirit of the Beach campaign, which encourages people to ‘find their beach'.

Sample a bespoke vodka-based cocktail or take part in a cocktail focused brunch experience at the Ketel One Vodka Kitchen, which is situated at The Folly in central London. The pop-up serves cocktails such as the Bloody Mary and Tomatini, and guests can choose to have a bespoke beverage made for them.
The brunch experience is available on weekends only, and sees guests partake in a Bloody Mary masterclass as well as indulge in breakfast dishes such as blueberry pancakes and avocado on sourdough with chilli and poached eggs.

Where: 41 Gracechurch Street, London
Head to London’s Old Spitafields Market and sample a freshly made mojito at Havana Club’s summer pop-up bar. Guests will receive a free drink and they can watch on as mixologists prepare authentic Cuban mojitos in front of them, all the while listening to live music.
The pop-up is set to move around London throughout the summer, to locations including Greenwich Market, Taste of London at Regent's Park and Brixton Village.
