Industry appointments usually appear in their own column, but Diary couldn't help but notice RPM's latest recruitment could be a case for Mulder and Scully.

The brand experience consultancy recently took on Andrew Mitchell as its new account director. He will report to RPM business development director - one Andrew Mitchell.

The similarities don't end there. Both Mitchells were students at St Andrew's University and have worked for the D'Arcy Group.

Any suggestion of human cloning is outrageous.
