Diary: Birds' Nestle soup?

Anyone thinking of booking a table at Hell's Kitchen may wish to consider visiting next month's Daily Telegraph House and Garden Fair (30 June to 3 July) for a better chance of actually being served some food.

Four colleges in the final of the 2005 Nestle Toque d'Or college catering competition will be recreating their restaurant proposals and serving up Nestle delights to 100 paying guests and a discerning panel of judges.

For anyone wishing to play 'Spot the Nestle product', Diary can helpfully hint that there's one in the soup, two in the main course and one as a core dessert ingredient.

What's the betting it's chocolate?
