The French bank will host the one-day academy to train tennis supporters of the future and to bring excitement and cheering passion to the Davis Cup tournament.
The training camp will be attended by a group of young British and French fans and will take place at Imperial College London.
The applicants were chosen after posting videos demonstrating their supporting potential between 4 and 20 June. The best videos were selected for stage two, which was a live online 20-second interview with tennis legend John McEnroe. The applicants that managed to convince McEnroe that they were academy material were chosen for the first intake of the 'We Are Tennis Fan Academy'.
At the training school, the students will learn chants, dances and fancy dress tactics from a variety of coaches. They will also learn to use their Davis Cup by BNP Paribas supporter kit.
The students will be first deployed at the GBR vs. FRA Davis Cup quarterfinal at The Queen's Club, which will run from 17-19 July.
The Davis Cup is run annually by the International Tennis Federation.
