The launch event will take place on 23 April and features DJ Greg Wilson with support from bass music artist Pedestrian. The sessions have been curated to create a sundown experience for music lovers via an exclusive DJ set, laid-back hangouts and sunset colours and styling.
Corona has partnered with mixologist Nick Strangeway to reveal a range of specially created cocktails for the events that feature the Mexican beer.
The free event will host 400 guests. Fans of the brand will be able to apply for a ticket via an online ballot and will find out if they are successful on 17 April.
The exclusive sessions will be rolled out across the UK this summer and will be housed in well-known bars and clubs, with further details yet to be announced. The Sunset music platform, led by the brand, will also feature at a number of global and UK festivals, including London’s Lovebox in July.
Last year saw the brand partner with events producer SFX Entertainment and online music store Beatport to host Corona Sunsets, a series of beach-based festivals held in the UK, Canada and Ibiza.
