Gisby takes on the role of group business development director, meanwhile Mitchell is Concerto’s new deputy managing director of its Ultimate Experience division.
Dingwall joins Concerto with experience within business development and operations across the event and catering sectors, as well as sports and corporate industries.
Chris Miles also recently joined the group as sales director of its caterer, Create. He was most recently employed as head of sales at Vinopolis, which closed its doors for business on 31 December 2015.
Sam Gill, chief executive at Concerto Group, said: "The management team has been reinvigorated by the arrival of key seniors including Alex Dingwall, Chris Miles, Carly Mitchell and Nicci Gisby (née Purnell).
"The four are all well respected members of the events industry, with a fantastic record of improving events businesses. We look forward to them leading the way in expanding Concerto’s venue portfolio at an exciting time of growth for the company."
Earlier this week, it was announced that Concerto's former group sales director Simon Mitchell had made the move to street food organisation Kerb, where he is managing director.
