Concerto merges two of its event brands

The Concerto Group has merged two of its event management brands – Eventwise and Concerto:live – to form a larger, more dynamic events agency.

The Concerto Group has merged two of its event management brands – Eventwise and Concerto:live – to form a larger, more dynamic events agency. The combined business, which will have 22 staff and a turnover of more than £5m this year, will bring together Eventwise’s creative experience and Concerto:live’s expertise in live work under a new Eventwise brand identity. Peter Jackson, who headed the Concerto:live team, will assume the role of managing director of services, while Vicky Hartley will become managing director of products. Former Eventwise managing director Penny Ellis, currently on a year-long sabbatical, is expected to return to the company in October.
