The venue was previously the location of nightclubs, including Proud and Matter, and has since been transformed into a space for corporate and private events.
Consisting of 3,041sqm of event space, it is split over three levels and has an expansive outside area for summer events.
Teresa-Anne Dunleavy, chief executive of The Concerto Group, said: "We are delighted to be working with Building Six, a fantastic event space which will no doubt prove popular with new and returning clients of Concerto."
The main room includes a stage for presentations or productions, as well as a long bar, amphitheatre lounge areas and DJ and lighting booths. Projection facilities are also available.
A Body Kinetic dance floor reacts to bass frequency, pumping music through the body, and a strobe system can also be used for parties.
Additional spaces include a mezzanine level, a reception space or viewing gallery, and Room Two - a self-contained, double height venue.
