The stage promises to immerse festival goers in a 360 degree audio visual sensory experience, and take them on a journey through time, space and consciousness. Developed by company Obscura Digital and powered by technology brand HP, the Antarctic stage will launch at Coachella this year.

Guests will be invited inside a dome to escape the heat of festival, and visitors will get to witness incredible visuals and psychedelic projections as they soak up the sounds of Coachella.

Other experiences at Coachella include Heineken House, which will invite guests to experience a digital art wall and sustainable dance floor, and Cîroc's taste of paradise

More: Pepsico's Mtn Dew is set to host a music festival with virtual reality elements to mark the launch of two new flavours.
