The Oxford-based caterer handled both events, which were held at Windsor Castle last weekend (16-17 May). Some 4,000 guests were catered over the two-days.
Across the corporate hospitality areas, lunch and dinner options included a canapé reception to welcome the Queen and a three course plated lunch and dinner menu with a carvery selection for the restaurant. A seafood bar was also included in the lounge.
Chilli Pepper worked with event management and production company, The HPower Group to create a different menu for each of the hospitality areas.
"This year we built on the success achieved at the 2008 event and developed the menu choices to suit the temporary venue and guest requirements. Once the site is set up, the challenge is the logistics of getting the food from the kitchens to the different areas, which we serve from one main kitchen," said Chilli Pepper MD Glen Chadwick.
