Retailers will compete to create the most imaginative design of fresh flowers and plants from 21 – 26 May, acting as a "gateway" to the Chelsea Flower Show at the same time.
Shop windows must be inspired by The Diamond Jubilee and English eccentricity. Previous winners have created life-size tree installations and two-storey structures.
Sloane Square will be transformed into a grassy picnic area with benches and entertainment from buskers, and free rickshaw tours will be on offer from the Chelsea in Bloom information point in Duke of York Square.
Royal Horticultural Society Judges will judge the retailers’ displays on creativity, flair, use of fresh flowers and their take on the Jubilee theme. The winner will be crowned at a ceremony on 22 May at the Chelsea Flower Show.
