CEA forced to pull plug on March forum

The Corporate Events Association (CEA) has postponed its planned forum 'Adapt to survive - the changing face of events'.

The event should have taken place on 18 March, but was cancelled after key speakers pulled out citing work commitments.

The meeting was intended to tell delegates about the latest trends and issues in the corporate events market. British Olympic Association chief executive Simon Clegg and Neil Taylor from PriceWaterhousecoopers were among the speakers.

A CEA spokesperson said: "We are very sad that we have had to reschedule our event, however, we are 100% committed to holding the forum in mid-October."
